Since the release of “Think, Feel, Speak, Write – Do” in 2011, my life has been a journey filled with transformative experiences. After devoting several years to caring for my mother until her passing in 2012, I relocated to a small town near Philadelphia, where I embarked on a decade long role as caregiver of my currently 103-year-old aunt.
